(The doctor didn’t know my profession just that I was a concerned family member.) I can’t wait to see the results when we go back in 90 days, because I know walking works. I do that 5 days a week and Leslie the other two days. I was doing Leslie DVDs at least 5 days a week and taking a regular walk or using my dumbells the other days. My favorite one is the DVD (the newest, I think) where you can select which workouts you want to play back to back. I usually do 2-4 "miles" to get a good, sweaty workout. I've lost 19 lbs since June 29th and most of my workouts have been Leslie Sansone. ![]()
